Legger Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Legger, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping access credentials secure.

You keep ownership of content you add to Legger. You give Legger permission to host, process, display, and publish that content only as needed to provide the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for content, websites, domains, and accounts you connect to Legger.

Do not use Legger to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute harmful code, interfere with the service, bypass security, or access data without permission.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect Legger, its users, or third parties.

Legger can connect with third-party products such as website, authentication, hosting, analytics, and payment services. Their own terms and availability apply to those products.

You choose which integrations to connect and are responsible for permissions granted to them.

If you purchase a paid plan, the price and billing terms shown at checkout apply. Taxes may apply. You can cancel future renewals using the available billing controls or by contacting Legger.

Legger may change, improve, or discontinue features. The service is provided as available, without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Legger is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

You may stop using Legger at any time. We may update these terms and will post the current version here with its effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by German law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply where you live.
