Legger Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your Legger account and associated data.
How to request deletion
Send an email to hello@legger.ai from the email address connected to your Legger account.
Include "Legger account deletion request" in the subject and, if possible, include your Legger workspace or connected profile handle so we can identify the correct account.
Data deleted
- Your Legger account profile, including your email address and profile details.
- Workspace records, task evidence, connected website records, and related product data stored by Legger.
- Session records associated with your Legger account.
Data that may be kept
- Records that Legger must keep for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or accounting reasons.
- Backups and logs, which are removed on their normal retention schedule.
- Data already controlled by third-party services, such as authentication, hosting, analytics, or website providers. You need to manage those accounts directly with each service.
Timing
Legger will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, or fraud prevention reasons.
